About:
Noohn was born from a passion for the outdoors, food and creativity.
The name was inspired by cowboys stopping in the outdoors to unwrap their lunch and 'noon' in the grass, or by the river. Noohn hopes to be an accompaniment on your adventure.
Over the first lockdown Fizz started the Noohn pop up in Burley - one month turned into another and here we are 2 years down the line with many a picnic made, coffee served and lots of ideas for the future.
Inspired by travel and adventure Fizz's food goes a step further, Fizz found that however light she was travelling, she always had a small array of condiments, salt and pepper to season a boiled egg at 2000ft, a small jar of vinaigrette for a salad on a 20 mile hike or a jar of excellent home-made chutney on a surf trip. Always pushing the group a few steps further to make sure they had the ultimate picnic spot – no easy feat with hangry hikers. Fizz found her motto to be ‘completely unnecessary but always worth it’. Her priorities were clear: the picnic…With this in mind Fizz has your enjoyment as her upmost priority with a passion for creating delicious, fresh food in the most beautiful spot around. Her laid back approach and friendly personality will make even the most hangry hiker happy to have found her picnic spot.
We hope you enjoy your Noohn experience.

"I just wanted to send a message to let you know how thoroughly enjoyable the picnic we got from you today was. I came into the cafe with my wife and two kids this morning on our way home after camping (the kids didn't want to leave your lovely space and wanted to stay and eat there). We all really liked the packaging and it's unique contents. Having lived in Bristol and now near Bath we have had many nice lunches in cafes and sandwich shops, but your adults lunch was really tasty and like nothing we have had before. My son's cannellini hummus sandwich went down very well and they both loved the cookie. We were both impressed with the style and branding of your business and wish you all the best in your future ventures. The lovely postcards we also got have been stuck to the kids bedsides and will provide them with many happy dreams"
